I recently visited Audi at Five Oaks as my PCP contract is due to come to and end next year and I wanted to discuss my options. Myself and my partner were greeted by Tyler who was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgable on the cars available and discussed what would suit my needs best - as well as keeping within my budget. He knew that it was unlikely Id make a decision on the day, yet he was still attentive and took the time to show me the Audi Q2 thoroughly, even offering a test drive. He didnt push for business and was very relaxed and courteous in his approach, which put myself at ease and made me feel comfortable. I left knowing where I stood after discussing all options and he has agreed to continue flagging up any cars that may be of interest to me that may come in to the dealership in the near future. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Tyler for being so patient and explaining everything to us.
Had a car incident and Doug was my main contact at the garage. Quite possibly one the most friendliest, helpful gentleman I have ever dealt with. Constantly kept me updated with the repair of my car and ensured that I was happy with the work they were carrying out. Couldn't rate him enough. He was brilliant. The care and repair they carried out on my car was brilliant. Can't think of one thing to complain about. Amazing garage!
