Got in contact with Churchs about purchasing a car via email and received a rather fast response. Their reply came across as very helpful and friendly. Asked for a contact number in order to keep in contact with me I.e updates on the car.Get a phone call that Monday about booking a day to view and test drive the car as well as talking about pricing etc. Im self employed therefore I was working all mid week including Saturday but as this dealership is closed sundays I booked the Saturday off work to pop in. My appointment was booked for Saturday at 1. The salesman then said before hanging up that hell keep in contact with updates of the car. Along came Saturday and after a 2 hour drive was told that the car had been sold! So much for keeping me up to date. Was then offered to look at a car that was priced 7 grand more than the one I was booked in to see, the cheek of it. Talking of updates, a few days have past and the car I was booked in for is still for sale on their website. LAZY! So at the end of it, a day that was supposed to be a good day just ended up costing me profit!Its a shame as the car I was looking at was only a part time car until I was able to insure my dream car which I had plans on buying from Churchs too! Their loss.Plan on buying a car from here? Go for it. But dont hold your breath that itll be there.
Drove from Norfolk to view an M4 that was for sale. The car was exactly as described and we was able to view it in the showroom (in the dry) which gave us time to check everything properly. From start to finish the guys here were great. Not at all pushy. I was able to take the car away the same day. Can't rate them highly enough and I would definitely travel the distance again to buy a car from them. Love the car!
Called and asked if they would be interested in selling my car sale or return, told to email Glenn. Emailed and response was interested in selling my car and to supply a phone number for contact, which I did. A week later I called to be told Glenn was busy and to phone backlater whichI did and then was told to email again. I've had no response, why waste my time!
Sold my M3 to Church's and what a brilliant service. Highly recommend! I will definitely be dealing with them again in the near future.
Great Service provided by Church's. They have a great selection of performance cars and I am very happy with the Audi S3 I purchased from them. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I only mark them down because when I got home I found that the rear seats of the car had not been properly cleaned. However all in all, I would definitely recommend them.
