the move went smoothly until we lost a garden ornament!!2 foot tall made of concrete!they looked for it but couldn't find it so said we had to claim50 admin fee to claim and you need the recieptOnly when chasing them 6 weeks after moving to come and collect all the boxes and my wife saying how stupidly impossible it was for them too have lost a concrete garden ornament have they now found it!!when were they going to tell us ?never is the answerand when they finally get it back to us its had the top smashed offwhich is why they probably never took it off the van
