Absolute gem of a place where the proprietors delight in offering the best possible experience at a better than reasonable price. Lovely little touches abound, in an already cosy & charming environment, to make for a truly restful, refreshing, and unforgettable stay. Hope to visit again (for longer) very soon.
We stayed in Sandies delightful B&B over the weekend of our wedding along with my wifes close family. I cant recommend Old Pond Cottage enough - not only was Sandie incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, but her B&B is probably the nicest Ive ever stayed at. Such a homely place with huge bathrooms and really comfy beds. Breakfast also incredible. Thanks so much Sandie!
I had a lovley stay here. The cottage was beautiful and my room was really tidy. I thought the added touches of homemade biscuits and the toiletries were really nice. I felt very comfortable here. It was my first stay at a B&B and I will 100% be back here whenever I'm in the area. Very welcoming and would recommend to anyone 10/10.
Booked same day to stay for one night . Absolutely beautiful place to stay complete luxury , a real cottage feel, immaculately clean and crisp through out luxury shower room and very comfortable bed, plenty of fluids n those special touches like the flask of milk left outside your door in the morning for that proper cup of tea. You have to book and stay there . Lovely owners made you feel so welcome. I will be returning definately x
Really friendly people who catered for needs without any hassle. Made to feel at home. Cooked us an earlier breakfast as was travelling 10plus miles to work. Very tidy rooms, beds are comfy. Shower is brilliant and if forgotten something there is a selection of products to use in the bathroom. Would highly recommend this B&B
